Believe me, they are not professional doctors but salesmen of Royal Cat Food. If you don't buy it, they won't prescribe it for you and you need to come back and spend money to check it out. The doctor tried to sell me cat food, but I refused to buy it. He immediately became indifferent, and the nurse also lost her patience and kept sighing about not getting her commission.

They took in my dog, when no one would. Their service, starting from the girls answering phones to the doctor's manner in talking to you when explaining the issues. I've dealt with my share of condescending veterinarians. So this was a breath of fresh air. My dog's eye is drastically better. So grateful!

We really were not ready or prepared to have a pet drop in on us but as a higher power wanted, a cat adopted us. He came to us hungry malnutritioned and injured. After calling around a few places, Monterey Park Animal Hospital was the most transparent and willing to give me answers of what to expect price wise. The staff were very friendly over the phone and even as helpful when we arrived. Because of the current circumstances, we had to wait outside in our car instead of a reception area. Our cat was able to see the doctor and we received the prognosis and were very happy with their honesty. Fortunately, our cat was not as injured as I thought and we were able to begin vaccine shots. All of this was done at a very affordable price considering what I thought we were going to have to pay

Stay away from this place. They don't care about your animal. They don't care about emergencies. They charge you extra for just a non appointment. The front desk lady was extremely rude. Dog almost died because of them. Don't risk your dogs life here

Expensive!! They wanted to charge me over 350 bucks to treat an ear infection. That's insane. Last time I will ever go there.
