If you need amazing vet care, go no further! We had a wonderful experience from the time we entered the front doors until leaving. The staff knew our situation and treated us and our doggies with love and respect. I couldn’t ask for a better care team. The team explained thoroughly, gave us educational information and were absolute angels. They worked hard with our dogs, gave recommendations and were so easy going. I recommend Dr. Osborne and her team. Thank you!!

I had an emergency with my dog and couldn’t find a vet that was open to assist with my urgent need due to the holiday. Also one that was affordable as many urgent cares for dogs are very expensive. Monroe Family Pet Hospital was able to get me in with no questions within just hours of their closing time. They also were much more affordable than other pet hospitals in my area. They were very nice and welcoming and I appreciate their help so much . I may even continue to go to them for regular needs! Highly recommend this place, You can tell the folks that work there care about their job and your pet. ❤️

I absolutely cannot recommend this clinic enough for animals of all shapes and sizes. I brought my Guinea Pig Elphie in emergent critical condition, Dr.Reed and staff saved her life in the most literal sense. This clinic has some of the most caring, attentive, driven, and supportive staff I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. My family and I will be bringing all of our furry animals here from here on out.

TL;DR: They billed me for an emergency appointment for a 3 minute conversation with the veterinarian, during which they told me that they did not have the supplies necessary to treat the animal. I was concerned that a neighbor's cat could have consumed some ethylene glycol. A quick google search returned that if an antidote was administered within a few hours after poisoning. I took the cat to this veterinarian's office with the hopes of getting this treatment performed just to be safe. When I arrived, the reception staff was friendly and attentive. I explained the situation, they took the cat, and after about 5 minutes I spoke with the veterinarian. He recorded audio during the conversation for one reason or another which I found strange, but I again explained the situation to the vete

This vet saved my cat's life! He was attacked by an animal, and this vet's office rushed him in and gave him all the care he needed. I was so scared when I first got there. The veterinary assistant that saw us right away was so compassionate and helped me feel much better. The veterinarian, Dr. Reed, did a great job operating on him and giving him check ups. The receptionist was always lovely, and the staff was very helpful discussing pricing information. Everybody took such good care of my cat, Bobby, and had such nice things to say about him. You can tell the people here truly love animals. My little Bobby is now a happy, healthy indoor kitty thanks to the miracle service provided by Monroe Family Pet Hospital!
