I brought in my two dogs for a scheduled procedures that included a cleaning and any extractions if needed. I was charged for these services and was under the impression they had been performed. I did call and also made a follow up appointment for one of the dogs with concerns I had, I was basically dismissed at the follow up appointment and my phone calls were ignored.. I had no other choice but to bring my one dog to a different veterinary for a follow up care. I was informed that the previous vet did not preform what was said on my discharge paperwork. Being charged for services that did not occur is unacceptable , especially when it involves anesthesia and invasive care. They had my dogs for over 7 hours claiming they had emergency’s that came in. Not knowing what happened with my dogs

I could not have asked for a more caring, compassionate group who helped me through one of the hardest days of my life. I had to say goodbye to my lap companion of 18 years and I was a wreck. These ladies were caring, supportive and absolutely amazing. Thank you all

Always gentle with my pet family, and me. Caring staff also. I would never go anywhere else. They are a extension to my family, my pets Aunties so to speak. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE
