I am extremely disappointed with the vinyl flooring installed by Meritage Homes, supplied by Mohawk, in my new home. During the initial inspection, I noticed what appeared to be dirt stains on the vinyl, but after attempting to clean them, I realized they were permanent marks that would not come off. The floor constantly looks dirty due to these fixed stains, which is unacceptable for a brand-new home. In May 2025, I contacted Mohawk directly to inquire about the best cleaning methods, but I received no response. In July, a Meritage representative sent a Mohawk representative to inspect the issue.
