The love of my life, Pierre passed away last week, and I emailed Dr Ormonds clinic for help. Darby immediately replied and the next day came over. I totally love and adore Darby, she is SO WONDERFUL, soothing, caring and she totally helped me, she is a healing therapist and I just can't thank her enough. A few days later after Pierre was cremated, Darby came back to deliver a beautiful wooden Urn and a gorgeous ceramic print of Pierre's Paw personalized with his name. I broke down into tears. They also included a lock of his hair. It was so thoughtful, and so sweet. I am so grateful for this wonderful service at such a hard time. I have had all 3 of my dogs visit with both Dr. Ormond's. Dr Rob has been amazing with my shelter foster dog, he was a true angel for answering my frantic call in the middle of the night when it was my Bubba's time to go. He has amazing empathy for the animals, understands their needs inside and out and makes sure to treat them and us humans with dignity and respect. I appreciate them and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They took advantage of My mother. She bought their plan for vet care. The same day she had them out for a dental care. That was on Friday, on Monday she had to call them. They took my mother's dachshund back to the clinic , then called her later told her she had diabetes. They told her to come by she could pick her up they would show her how to give the shots. My mother was so happy Katy was going home. She got to the clinic, but now Katy has so sick she needs to be put down. She had to pay over 300dollars and continue to pay the insurance for a dog that died less than a week. My mother was paying for a dog that died at the clinic. She paid for 11 more payments. Horrible people.

Dr. Ormond offers a great service. Our dog was sick one morning and needed to be looked by a vet. I had several important conference calls for work scheduled and had to be home near the phone... I could not leave my house to take our dog (Bo) to the vet. Having Dr. Ormond show up at our house to look at Bo saved me a lot of headaches and I was able to get my important calls in and have Bo looked at by a professional. Love his service... and Bo is now doing great :)

We have been seeing Dr. Ormond for our dog since we moved to Boise 4 years ago. It is very convenient that they come to your house with their mobile clinic. Our dog had his physical exams and immunizations yearly. We liked that Dr. Ormond answered our questions and was fast and efficient. Recently our dog has shown signs of age and that can be distressing to loving owners. Dr. Ormond and his son were able to answer questions and prescribe needed treatment to help improve his quailty of life. The cost of vet care can be overwhelming but they have a plan which helps to decrease the cost while providing what the dog needs. I appreciate that they provided that option for us.
