It was horrible! The customer service was terrible. All the people at the frying desk were awful. There was a redhead with lip ring, she’s was so rude and condescending. The doctor had no empathy. She should absolutely not be in acute care. Her disposition alone was off putting add to that her denial to give me any theories or ideas. My options were spend $7000 and she could diagnose him or euthanize him. My dog had a UTI and fever with back pain. She tried to convince me to put him down over nerve pain. It was a hideous experience all around but for one male vet tech in the evening and two sweet women at 6am. This was on 2/23/26. Those three should get raised and everyone fired. I’ll never ever use you again and I’ve come there for over 20 years with pets. I’ve blasted Mission Med Vet all

I am so grateful we took Laney to Mission! The care of her was top notch. Each Dr, techs and support staff has been so caring and Dr Weinstien has been a Godsend. We are one week post surgery for a massive herniated disc (IVDD Doxie) and are having the best results! Highly recommend!!!

Great service. Excellent communication about everything related to my Winnie, and they asked me about services before performing them, so as not to overcharge me. They appeared caring when taking Winnie back for examination. The next day, when I called to get the documents so I could submit them to the pet insurance company, they obliged and sent the information, even after I had to call back 3 times. They were patient with me. Winnie was good the next day, and he felt better. Thank you for your service.

Dr. Murphy (cardiology) was extremely thorough in his assessment of our situation both before and during our appointment. He was honest with us and did not push us to do unnecessary tests that our dog didn’t need. He was extremely personable and really made us feel like individuals, not just another number.

Took my Chihuahua in Friday morning at 2am. I was upset, worried and they took care of her so fast. She didn't even seem afraid, she knew she was in good hands. She seemed to itch all over, uncomfortable. They gave her medicine and she did well after! They've taken my cat a few months back too. He was a little rough but they handled it well. Love this emergency clinic!
