Miss Doolittles Pet Salon & Boutique

I recently visited the salon with my Pomeranian princess for the first time and was greeted with exceptional service from start to finish. I felt comfortable leaving my pet in their care for grooming, and they did a remarkable job cutting her hair. After struggling to find a groomer specializing in her breed, I provided specific instructions on the desired cut and style, and they delivered outstanding results. I plan to return to this salon in the future. The prices are competitive, and I enjoyed shopping for new items for my pet at their adorable boutique shop.

Just wow! We had Nikki, and they were incredibly kind and gentle with my semi‑aggressive tank of a dog, Knox. I was even allowed to go back during his nail grooming, and at my request, I put a humane nylon and mesh muzzle on him (nothing like the movies; perfectly safe and comfortable). Knox is a black lab, so trimming his nails can be daunting. Nikki handled it like a pro twirling the clippers in their hand and then clip, clip, clip; finishing with a “gunslinger” move, pretending to blow away the smoke (not really, but it sure felt like it). I was nervous since my dog isn’t socialized, but the staff made the whole experience smooth and stress‑free. I 100% recommend this place.

I brought in my golden doodle for a consultation with my groomer. She assured me she would not need to be shaved (some matting) and would have a full groom and trimmed. When I picked her up from her appointment the following day the groomer was not available. I paid the bill and gave the tip to the receptionist to give to the groomer. As she was walking in to retrieve my dog, she turned and said "don't be surprised at how she looks." After 4 hours of service, my golden doodle came out "shaved and chopped." She didn't even smell nice like her usual appointments. After 10 years of previous service, I was, to say the least, extremely disappointed. I have revised this review. After further clarification from Miss Doolttles, I was advised that she was matted against the skin and after man

Will not be going back. No one smiled or looked happy. My older lab who loves everyone wanted to leave as soon as we walked in the door. She is not a jumper and she kept jumping up to get my attention. They said her head was wet because she did not want it dried. On inspection she had a sore place on the top of her head which was still partially scabbed.. Not all nails had been dremmeled as requested. After adding a modest tip my bill was 70.00 dollars which seems quite high for just a bath and nail trim

They listen to your needs and also inform you of your animals needs as well. KC is my dog’s groomer. I gave 4 stars because they are busy and appointments are hard to get with a specific groomer.
