While we received the service our puppies needed, the documents for these services that we needed for our upcoming international travel were inconsistent. Upon calling multiple times the staff claimed they were unable (sounded to me more like incompetent or unwilling) to correct these documents to ensure that foreign authorities could properly evaluate these vaccination certificates and avoid confusions resulting in possible import rejections. It is sad to see American companies acting in this manner and fail to provide upfront proper quality documentation that is free from inconsistent records.

The front desk staff are not transparent about prices with you. Then they take no accountability when they miscommunication something. Honestly the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Not to mention how unfriendly the desk staff are when you come in.

Minnesota Valley Vet has been like family to me and my pups. They always are kind, accessible, thorough and caring. The staff is exceptional and I know they have me and my pups in their best interest. I highly recommend Minnesota Valley Vet to anyone seeking their animal care. They have two offices. One in LeSueur and one in Arlington. If I have an emergency...one or the other location has been available. I love our Vets. 💕

First experience here today, brought my pup for his annual wellness check & vaccines. Everyone was so nice! Even with prep of trazodone & gabapentin, my dog ends up needing sedation because he's too wiggly to draw blood, trim nails, and give vaccines to. Not here! They were able to help my baby without any sedation! I'm so thankful for this; I'm always worried about sedation due to my dog's overall health. I felt like they truly cared about him and they weren't taking the easy way out. They used a ton of positive reinforcement and worked as a team to help him. I'm actually looking forward to going back. Also, prices seemed *very* reasonable which of course is a major plus with how expensive everything is these days. Fantastic place to bring our golden retriever Archie. Everyone is very nice and our puppy loves going to say Hi to everyone who works there. Great place, fantastic people, and great location.
