I have to honestly say I was very disappointed with my experience this time In the past these people were very concerning and helpful They treated my fur baby with TLC But ,the visit just yesterday fueled me First off I had called in to get her seen I was told she will be worked in as a visit So ,I rush about to get there by Uber Only to sit there for awhile Then be told im sorry but we can see her Not even a check up or blood work or anything done at all I had taken her in because she had been puking up blood So ,ofcourse im concerned and worried but ,im told xrays will cost 400 or more plus if she needs surgery so ,a staff member is like why even do the exrays ? Because she may need surgery done butb,how does one know all of that ? I was even asked how much i can afford A

Took an ill cat here because I could not get into my regular veterinarian. They were wonderful. Exceptionally kind, very thorough, and compassionate. They were very good about keeping me posted on how long procedures would take and instructions on medication. An outstanding clinic.

Before making an appointment, I specifically read multiple reviews stating that this clinic prioritized education, open dialogue, and collaborative care. That emphasis was a major reason we chose this practice, and it made me very hopeful that our concerns would be met with discussion rather than dismissal. Unfortunately, that expectation did not align with our actual experience. We brought our cat in after at least six months of ongoing vomiting, including episodes with blood. I would absolutely recommend mineral wells clinic to anyone looking for not just a vet but for people who listen and love your pet like they are family. I recently brought my baby here to be seen and unfortunately an emergency occurred between my boy and I and they acted fast, calm and carrying. If it wasn’t for them I’m not sure what would have happened to me, they stayed with my boy until the end. They did not blame us or him an showed loved and kindness during this hard time. Mineral wells clinic will go above and beyond for your babies. I could never thank them enough for all they have done for us and my family.

We love Mineral Wells Vet Clinic. They always take great care of our pets. They are very knowledgeable and affordable and don't try to do unnecessary testing. Two years ago, we had to have one our dogs put to sleep because of inoperable tumors. We had him for 13 years and it was devastating. They took care of everything and were some compassionate.
