Mimi Green

We bought and had to return a Fi Series 3+ dog collar. When we mistakenly ordered the wrong collar directly from Fi, they had no problem giving us a full refund. However, when we ordered a collar for our Fi Series 3+ from Mimi Green Dog Collars, they refused to issue a refund — even though I contacted them before the collar was shipped out. This was very disappointing compared to Fi’s customer service.

Love Mimi green. We’ve order a few collars over the years. The look great. Love that all the info is on the buckle so no noise when the dogs move. Also customer service is great!!! I always recommend them to anyone with a dog!

Mimi Green products are spectacular, customer service, extremely lacking. Be extremely cautious if you are ordering from this company, they will not allow exchanges or returns of any kind. I had an issue with their search feature on the website, I had filtered by the collar by Fi compatibility, unfortunately, one of the products I ordered, ended up, not being the Fi compatible one and we have no use for the collar, the company was unwilling to do anything except for provide a 50% discount on a new purchase of which I would need to pay shipping fees again. Extremely underwhelmed with their lack of service, this was my first time purchasing from the company, not sure that we will use them again and will likely choose other Fi compatible companies.

My dogs look fabulous in all of their Mimi Green gear! We have been happy customers with this company for two years now, and the customer service is always genuinely nice with quick responses. Their turnaround time is out of this world! The custom engraving is so professional and they really take their time to make sure every item is beautiful! I send all of my friends and family to Mimi Green and will continue making them my dog gear company of choice!

I have ordered 4 collars through Mimi Green now. I may be a bit obsessed. The engraving, quality, and craftsmanship of each piece is really beautiful and it's a nice elevated look for a dog collar. I've been so impressed I've sent friends on over. I'll never order a collar anywhere else. Worth every cent!
