i have known the doctor for almost 20 years , he has been my dog’s doctor for 13 years and also the one before. also my husbands dogs 15 years ago . The doctor is great, speaks the truth about condition and health, no tricks to get more$. tell’s you exactly how it is. love that 😍. best Doctor .

Dr. Cesar and the staff were fabulous. The staff was very helpful with my two rambunctious labs and Dr. Cesar was very much hands-on. He assessed what was wrong gave them the shots they needed and gave me the medication I needed to take with me and explained everything. he didn’t do unnecessary tests to bill me more which I appreciate. And he’s wonderful if you have an emergency.

On a Saturday night Veterinarian didn't ask for any money up front, my dog was dry drowning from pulmonary edema after a sweetsour day at the beach, he focused on saving her life which he did that night. He provided proper diagnosis and treatment and the bill was less than the deposits I was being asked around just for admission. We need more places like this, we need more people like this! Thank you!
