Im looking for my dog Romeo and the staff here was so sweet and concerned it gave me a lot of hope to find him. They even posted his Pic and my number in case he is found. Thank you!

I am writing this review to share multiple experiences with this clinic that raise serious concerns about both urgency of care and quality of recommendations. Most recently, I brought my cat here because this clinic is advertised as urgent care. She had been exposed to lily pollen, which is a well-documented veterinary emergency for cats. When I arrived, I was not acknowledged immediately and was asked to wait while staff continued a conversation unrelated to patient intake. Given the time-sensitive nature of toxic ingestions, this was concerning. Once seen, the doctor did not treat the situation as an emergency and stated that treatment would only be necessary once symptoms appeared. I was told they would monitor kidney values with bloodwork over the next few days. When I explained that

WOW here’s an update on my previous review just received a notice my dog they put to sleep is due for her rabies shot????? My wife called the office and they told her they didn’t have a record of putting my PTSD dog to sleep!!!! This place should be out of business and never allowed to treat any animals. I wonder now about my dog what did they do with her??? Awful!!! Cliff Guenther

The vet and vet techs here are wonderful and treated my dog like their own. My dog is nervous during procedures, and they went out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible. They went over pricing with me beforehand so there were no surprises at the end, and explained everything thoroughly. The services were fairly priced and the overall experience for myself and my dog were great. I’d recommend if you’re looking for a vet clinic that cares!

Dr. Burton and her staff care for my pets like they were part of their own family. The always take the time to ensure that they are skillfully diagnosed and treated with the greatest care and at very reasonable prices. They always do their best to get patient in for visits as quickly as possible and offer an urgent care during their off hours. 10 out of 10 for everyone in the clinic.
