I have had many cats in my life. All of them have been patients of MVC for almost 40 years. I should have done this review sooner. Dr. Kathy Jamison is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate-with my cats and me too. I have adopted many cats from there and she and her staff always help me find the cat meant for me and my household. Like any great doctor, sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, and you wait your turn the day of. But unequivocally, it is well worth the wait, and all her clientele-humans and animals know this. At the same time, If I think it is an emergency, she will fit me in the same day, even if it means staying after hours. She won't make decisions for me but always has all the ins and outs of treatments to help me. I NEVER feel pressured or shamed into anyt

I have been to a few vets but I personally like Dr. Jameson the best. I love how she has on her voicemail to just bring you animal over and she will see them according. Also accommodates pets and will even come to your car to cut their nails or do an examination and dosent charge top dollar an order tests. Her prices are the best and I agree that we should be buying products from her and not off the internet. She is educated and im sure she has knowledge about her products. It's the same price and even might be cheaper. So yeah I agree 100% with her that there trying to put her out of business and she has the right to say that. I would recommend anyone there. I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated by the receptionist when I called to request my pet's medical records. From the moment she answered the phone, she had an obvious attitude and spoke in a dismissive, condescending tone. I was polite and simply asking for records nothing complicated yet she responded as if I was inconveniencing her. To make matters worse, she hung up on me while I was still speaking. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any healthcare setting, especially a veterinary hospital where communication with clients is critical. If this is how clients are treated for a basic request, i can't imagine how other concerns are handled.Management seriously needs to address the front desk staff's behavior.

Dr. Jamison and her team are the ideal people you’d want to care for your pets. They actually truly care. Their first intention is to prevent, treat, and love on your pets. We have had the best experience there for the best value. I cannot thank them enough for dedicating their lives to helping animals. If I could I would give them 100 stars.
