Booked nail trimming on a Saturday morning for the next day, Sunday, via their web booking for both of my dogs. I am very happy with the entire process. Things I have enjoyed: - actually being able to schedule a nail trim rather than a "walk-in" service where you show up and seem like an inconvenience to the workers or being turned down completely (in comparison to other experiences) - the friendliness from arriving to leaving - the whole atmosphere for my dogs was perfect - Tara was efficient-- nails looking great! Excellent experience! Katie did a great job with my nervous mini-bernedoodle, Harper, today! We will be repeat customers, for sure. My dog is a bit skittish about people touching her. So, the fast, efficient service (full groom: bath, haircut, nails, etc.), in a low stress environment, was so appreciated. We moved to the area 6 months ago and hadn't found a regular groomer yet. I've taken Harper to a chain pet store for grooming a handful of times. While her haircuts were always fine, the chaos of the loud, cramped, and crowded grooming area left both me and my pup stressed out. And I hated that they'd need to keep her there for around 4 hours! I recently asked on my apartment building's pet chat group for recommendations and received several glowing endorsements for Miles Pet Grooming.

From scheduling to the appointment itself, everything was absolutely flawless. The team was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond. Thanks to their generosity in donating their services, this sweet pup transformed from scruffy and straggly to a stunning star! The people at Miles Grooming are the most kind, helpful, and loving individuals! Our dog, Elijah, loves visiting his friends there, and he always looks and smells so clean when we pick him up! They are so amazing about fitting us in and accommodating our schedules!
