I hate to write this but I'm very disappointed. My wife and I have been taking various animals there for over 15 years. Not a lot but they've always been great. This past weekend my dog who is almost 16 took a bad turn. He couldn't stand up. I called as soon as they opened and explained. The lady on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. She was only concerned with my last name and apparently it didn't mean anything to her. She told me maybe they could fit me in tomorrow. I explained it was an emergency and she said, RUDELY, I don't know maybe try East Main see if they will help you. I was appalled. But I tried East Main Veterinary and though busy they worked me in right away. Very compassionate and very professional and very helpful. I've talked to 4 different people this week who all rep

While traveling in the USA, we had to take our baby Paris into Miles city vet as her allergy meds had worn off . The staff was so kind and was able to get us in the same day . Thank you Dr Ryan for all you did for Paris today. For those who have Miles city vet as your vet , I am jealous . Vets in Canada lack the compassion that Dr. Ryan has as well as how we were treated by the office staff . If this vet wasn't so far away, I would drive to have Dr Ryan as my vet for Paris . My puppy was bitten by a rattlesnake on the weekend and I could not get a hold of my normal vet. I had a good friend recommend this place and when I called I got the vet herself! I told her what had happened and she met us up there at 1700 on a Saturday!! I can't say enough about this vet. She was amazing with my baby boy and even called the next day to see how he was. Highly recommend this vet!

Excellent vet here in Miles City. They take excellent care of our pets and their prices are not high. They take the time to listen to owners and do complete exams. Support local businesses it really does matter.

I have a large reactive dog so it's a very stressful experience taking her to the vet. Miles City vet is so accommodating and try and make our visits as stress free as possible. I also have to give my dog a medication almost monthly. They started ordering the generic version for me, which is FAR cheaper than the name brand. On top of this, I had previously been quoted anywhere from $500 up to $1,000 starting for teeth cleaning from a couple other vets. Miles City Vet did it for under $300. They are not in the business to make a giant profit. They truly care about animals and making sure care is affordable and accessible. As long as I am in Miles City, this is the only vet I will go to.
