Midtown Pet Studio

Took my mini bernedoodle puppy for the first time and unfortunately we won’t be back. I showed a picture and just asked for them to trim a little around her nose because she can’t see. She wasn’t matted, I didn’t want her haircut short. Just a basic simple trim is all I thought what happening. Upon picking her up I didn’t even think it was her until I saw her collar. Her face is shaved down her face, her ears are choppy looking. My daughter and I cried in the car after leaving. The woman I showed the picture to literally said “she looks just like the picture” referring to the one I showed her when dropping her off. The one who groomed her mentioned she cut the top of her tail short “in case of accidents” but we didn’t ask for that or need that. I’ll post a before picture of my fluffy girl,

The dogs always look great when they're done. All the groomers are very good at what they do. I won't go anywhere else.

Been taking our Golden Retriever for awhile now. But we won't anymore took him there to be groomed. Instead they shaved all most all his fur off of him. His behind was shaved down his skin. His belly the same way plus when got him home. They cut his belly which was bleeding and they never said a word about it. Blood was on the backseat of our Jeep. One time before this they cut his nails to short to the point it was bleeding two. So they won't get our business again. Gonna be looking into a new groomer.

Sharing that Midtown Pet studio is by far the best grooming place I’ve taken my pets to. They take amazing care of my pups Betty and peaches. My Betty suffers from severe allergies that flare up her belly and they know exactly how to make her feel better. Bev and Bob make you feel like family and go out of their way to help. Never taking my pups anywhere else!

Called her last minute because my German Shepherds back nail lifted, he was up all night licking it and it was super irritated. The vet said it would be a minimum of $55, called Midtown and she said she would do it. Made my dog feel comfortable, got his nails done, a bandanna and treats and sent us on our way. I'm super appreciative for your help and recommend anyone looking for a groomer to go to Midtown Pet Studio!
