Midnight Acres Kennel

We had the best experience with Midnight Acres Kennel! We adopted our beautiful puppy 1.5 yrs ago & he’s such a joy, & so adorable, we get asked all the time, “oh my gosh, where did you get your puppy?!” We’ve referred so many people, i can’t count how many times! If I can convince my husband to get a second doggy, I know where we’re coming to get him/her!!! 🤣🙌😉❤️

This is my very first "little" dog, I actually was looking at adopting a Doberman, needless to say...I'm TOTALLY in Love with "Major "Piper" Glen Shivers". He stole our hearts from the minute I held him. He's very Special for numerous reasons, among them his birthday is 3-13, same as Preston's Mom, his name at the Kennel was Glen-one of my favorite cousins and Uncle. PLUS he travels SO well, in the picture where he's on the dash of our Freightliner in up state New York. Travis, Thank you again for helping us add Piper to our family, he was the missing link we didn't realize we were missing.

I purchased our puppy from Midnight Acres Kennel on Sept 12th 2025. Only later to find out Midnight Acres was not the actual breeder, but she came from Breedlove Kennels. Our puppy's name from the breeder was Honeycomb (parent dogs Hersey and Gene). Let me start off by saying she was and still is the cutest, adorable, delightful puppy. A couple days after we got her, we noticed a cough. We brought her to our primary veterinarian multiple times with concerns related to the cough. She was given a couple different courses of antibiotics, steroids, cough medicine, as well as chest x-rays. Everything on the x-rays looked normal and the medications didn’t help. Our primary vet referred us to MU Vet clinic in Columbia, Missouri. We went to MU on Nov 6th, 2025 where she again had a chest x-ray

Travis @ Midnight Acres. Made the process very easy when I bought my Maltipoo Cleo. She very knowledgeable and willing to help whenever needed. I highly suggest if you're looking for a puppy contact Travis @ Midnight Acres. I was undecided for 3 weeks but something kept drawing me back to her kennel and I'm very glad It did. I only had my puppy home for a few hours but she has filled the void I had, when my Maltese passed in January. Again Travis thank you for all you do.

It’s been a summer of fun! We are so happy with our new fur baby. Juan Carlos (JC) is almost 5 months old, healthy and settling in to my pack very well. He is very sweet and enjoys giving me kisses, lap time and belly rubs. He also enjoys play time and cuddles with Javier, as you can see in the photo I posted. We had a great experience with Midnight Acres and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Pat and Travis are awesome and very quick to respond to any questions.
