You are checked in and the appointment begins promptly. Your furbabies are treated with tender loving care, the veterinarians and assistants are patient and knowledgeable, and the pricing is more than reasonable. Middletown Veterinary Clinic is an overall outstanding pet health care provider.

Middletown has taken great care of my four cats for the several years I have lived in the area. They have vaccine clinics, night hours, and emergency hours. I have not utilized their hotel offerings but I feel so lucky to have a vet like this nearby. Each employee I have worked with or encountered have always taken special attention to us. Even when my beloved kitty passed the rainbow bridge, they handled his care and treated me with such compassion. I am ease knowing I can trust my animals/children with this vet. Dr. Beste working nights and weekends to do vaccine clinics warms my heart and shows how much he cares and that extends through his employees as well. They gave my dog a surgery. She didn't make it. I don't blame them in any way. She was old and it was just too much for her. They were really nice people and by far the most reasonably priced. I was fully prepared to let my dog suffer and die because I was waiting to hear an outrageous price for her surgery. They gave me a high and low end price and both were affordable enough that I ended up, pointlessly, getting the high end. Dr. Owen, is a real cool guy. They would/will definitely be my go to vet If I end up with another pup. Thanks to everyone there for trying.

Highly recommend Middletown Veterinary. The staff is amazing and honestly I adore all of them. They are compassionate, caring, and patient. I have a very challenging older calico, personality wise, that I wouldn’t take anywhere else but to see Dr. Owen. He is absolutely wonderful with her and always gets us taken care of with her allergies which can be a constant problem. He takes his time and answers any questions. My other cat makes herself at home there as well as my dog. Recently my dog was very sick but we got right in to see Dr. Owen and in two days she was back to normal with her belly issues. So if you looking for a veterinarian practice that cares about you and your animals Middletown Veterinary Clinic is where you need to visit. They again are all wonderful, especially Shelby

My Russian Tortoise needed his beak and nails trimmed, which required some anesthesia. Dr. Mike Owen did a great job, and his staff also made sure my tortoise stayed warm and well looked after as he recovered during his stay with them all day. The treatment and care for my tortoise was also very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dr. Mike Owen and the Middletown Veterinary Clinic if you’re looking for a vet to help with the care of your reptile or other pet.
