I followed Dr. Abou-Ezzi from another facility to MCAH. The people there are great. Appointments are available when needed and timely. I'm very happy with every aspect of MCAH.

Went for my boy’s first adult check-up with Dr. Abou-Ezzi, and she was absolutely terrific! She was so patient, attentive and understanding with my beagle’s chaotic personality. Her tech assistant, Jess, was kind, funny, and overall great! Thank you Jess and Dr. Abou-Ezzi!! The front desk staff and the tech that brought me into the room were wonderful as well! The atmosphere of this hospital is calming and you can feel that everyone truly loves animals! Hands down the best general practice animal hospital in New England. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! I have been going to Middlesex vet in Billerica for 20 years! I trust all the doctors and staff immensely with my fur babies! All 3! This visit was a bit of an emergency, they created a plan with estimates and within a couple of days my Carlitos was recovering from surgery! Thank you to the whole team! Especially Dr Chamberlain and Bailey!! I also want to mention that I travel over an hour to still have all my babies seen there because I only trust them with my precious family! I am forever grateful 💕💕 Carlitos thanks you also. Luna and Estella loves you too!

Dr. Upton is great with my nervous/anxious dog. She gets down on the floor and my dog just thinks it's a play time. They also allow us access to a "safe space" as my pup doesn't like other dogs. (She's not aggressive just very nervous). Dr. Chamberlain handles my 75 pound pit mix dog (with ease) who doesn't like going to the vet. Our last vet wanted him drugged prior to the appointment. She is a godsend! I am so happy we found middlesex county animal hospital for our dogs!

The veterinarian was very thorough. She let me know know what to do for my pet. Made sure that we have the right medicine and gave us the pricing before we had any procedures done! The veterinarian and the vet technician calm me because I was overwhelmed with the injury to my pet! I would recommend Middlesex County animal Hospital in Billerica! I will say there are Very reasonable!
