Extremely disappointing experience. Around 10am on a Saturday, an hour before they open, my wife pulled up the cats currently available for adoption webpage. There were two 2-month old kittens available, Dinosaur Truck and Owlet. We immediately packed up our two toddlers and drove over, so we’d be there a half-hour early in case there was a line. Outside the main door, they have a sign up list for people interested in seeing specific kittens, where you’re required to list your name and the kitten you’re there to see. The sheet says you must be outside the main door at 10:55am or you automatically lose your spot. To our surprise, there was only one person’s name on the sheet, but they were there to see the other kitten, Owlet. We bundled up both kids because it was -3 degrees out and wait

I got my adorable boy Franky here. The process was very swift and they gave me all of the information I needed about his past surgeries and care. The packet they gave me was full of information and has been very helpful! They take very good care of the animals and whoever fostered my kitty did an excellent job potty training him and getting him comfortable with his toes and ears touched for cleaning and clippings. They have been a bit difficult to contact after the adoption, but I can only assume its because they have a lot going on with all the animals in their care. They got back to me when they could and were super helpful and informative. I would definitely reccomend getting a pet that needs a lovely home from them!

Came to meet a dog we had seen online, scotch! We showed up at 130 and they close at 3, we met her and loved her and the staff working with scotch was amazing. They did state some of her small issues were and recommended a home with kids older then 13. So they needed her to meet my 4 year old son to determine if it was a good fit as she had never been around kids that young. They waited for my son to arrive. Scotch and staff did amazing with the introduction. they approved us to bring her home. They waited for my son and stayed almost an hour late to let us adopt and give her a good home. Scotch has been a better fit then we could have ever imagined and has settled in so well. She has already improved on the issues they clearly stated. This is how an animal shelter should operate. Thank yo

So much for thinking I found a solution for my luna. They literally gave me wrong dates and times for pick up after surgery, didn’t confirm my girl was up to date on her shots they just gave em again and said oh it’s fine. Didn’t wanna put her from their crate to mine cuz she as they said was “ spicy” literally how? She was so drenched in drool mind you she’s medium basically long haired tri color calico with THREE towels in that kennel all of which were soaked, I knew instantly that wasn’t normal but they said oh that’s normal. It absolutely was NOT. Clearly she was having complications from either anesthesia or the surgery itself. The on call emergency person told me she hid behind the couch cuz she was distressed and let her come out when she’s ready, thank god I didn’t listen!! Two min

I didn't feel very welcomed by staff. The cat I was interested in had been adopted already, which is fine, but they didn't offer any information or even a tour of the facility. When asked about doing an application ahead of time I was told "We don't do that." Their application really isn't one either, more of a survey of the temperament of the cat. I'm also really concerned about how young they adopt their kittens out already fixed at 8 weeks with no recovery time. Strays are held for a very short time without time to fully assess their temperaments before adoption as well which makes the survey possibly redundant. While I do understand this is a standard, I don't believe it is what is best for many cats.
