Mid-Valley Veterinary Clinic

First and last visit was today! I am so upset and angry. We waited for this appointment for weeks only to be treated rudely by the young lady at the front and to barely have been seen by the vet. We came for a dental assessment and he barely looked on his mouth and when we asked to have his nails clipped we had to stop him as they were all bleeding! He put something on them but our baby is still bleeding. I do not recommend visiting this clinic. We are in disbelief of how poorly we were treated.

This is by far the best veterinary office I've been to. It's not flashy, it's old school common sense service and treatment. And easily a quarter of the price of anywhere around. Ray is a wonderful vet, it's very nice to see someone that actually listens and cares and doesn't just try to sell you every expensive thing they can think of.

This vet is a quack. 1st off the receptionist was beyond rude and unwelcoming to the point I almost walked out, I should have listened to my gut right there and done so. Instead I allowed the vet to examine my dog he charged me $55 to stick his finger in my dogs butt and tell me his prostate was swollen then precedes to pull out a book with instructions on what to do and said well im not prepared to do surgery im not prepared to do a biopsy so maybe take him to his regular vet and when I said I would he got all defensive saying look im just telling you what I feel when I touch his prostate. Gave him nothing for the pain or possible infection. Didn't take his temp or vitals didnt even weigh him just violated his butt hole and said consult someone else

We are new pet parents, and our puppy had an ear infection. The vet was amazing, explained everything well and gave us the appropriate medication for his ear all at a very fair price Update puppy is thriving and happy and we are excited for a life with him.
