Incredible staff! They have provided expert care to all of my fur babies. I credit Dr Snellgrove with saving Izzy’s life when she accidentally ingested another dog’s arthritis medication. The entire staff worked on her and carefully treated her while hospitalized. For compassionate expert care this is where you want to take your pets.

Sadly had to lay to rest our fur baby of almost 15 years and these nice folks were so full of compassion and empathy. They made it as easy as they could for Lucky and for us. I walked out sad but not traumatized and that was due to their kindness. So many thanks to the staff here for being there with us on a very emotional day.

I have been taking my pets to Mid Carolina Animal hospital since shortly after they opened and have been happy with the care i have received. But i am greatly disappointed that i took my dog in for his annual which should include a heartworm test but since i did not want the 200 dollars worth of labs at the visit they did not do a heartworm test at all and now my dog is u able to get his medicine till seen yet again and i be charged more money to get the same service he was originally scheduled for. And they have to pay extra fees to get his medication shipped cause his medication did not get approved with my other pets. Even if i did not want any extra bloodwork the heartworm test should have been preformed i house like it was at his second visit. Just poor service in my thoughts.

I drive all the way from White Rock to prosperity to take my Pomeranians to Mid Carolina Animal Hospital because they are just that great with my dogs. Dr. Morris, Brooke, and staff are all amazing. They take such good care of my spoiled pups. They don't talk down to me as I experienced at the last vet we went to. They treat me with dignity, tell me options that I have, and never make me feel pressured. They take extra time to explain things to me and never do anything that costs money without asking me first. That means a lot. What means the most is how much my older pup loves Brooke. He can be quite grumpy, but she has a way with him to keep him calmer. Dr Wilkie has taken great care of our sweet Lab Coco for several years now. Yesterday we had to say goodbye to her and the whole staff was so kind and loving to her and to us. Dr. Wilkie took great care to make sure that Coco was comfortable and felt loved, and she took the time to talk, pray and be with us. I want To thank the whole staff for showing us so much kindness and compassion on such a really, really tough day. I will never forget it and absolutely recommend Mid-Carolina Animal Hospital for your pets.
