Did a wonderful job with our 3 pups! They were all so happy and excited after their baths! I did a basic bath service and his prices were beyond fair and he did a great job. I gave him 3 stinky pups and 3 wonderfully clean pups were given back to me! 5 stars would recommend him. His booking was easy, fast, and he was professional and friendly!

STAY AWAY!! Michael is extremely unprofessional and does not take any ownership of any of his work. He hung up on me while on the phone as I was explaining my dissatisfaction. He cut all of my dog’s hair off and was not even close to the photo I showed him of the length wanted. He continued to blame me that I did not know blade sizes and I needed to learn (as if I’m the dog grooming professional). In addition to a terrible haircut, he also cut my dog on his belly. Of course, this was not his fault either and Michael claims that he must have cut himself walking from the van to our house. Pay the extra money & take the extra time to take your dog into a real groomer. This is a fraudulent business. If I could give negative stars, I would. Michael is extremely unprofessional and rude. He quite literally butchered my dog’s grooming (shaved him down to his skin and cut his underbelly) then blamed ME for not telling HIM which blade to use. I showed him a prior picture of my dog to indicate the length I wanted. It is Michael’s responsibility as the “professional” to advise what blade will get the result I want. But Michael is FAR from a professional. When I called to express my dissatisfaction and to make things right, he hung up on me and refused to speak. Steer clear of Michael’s Mobile Grooming unless you want to be severely disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Michael’s Mobile Grooming. Michael is such a caring individual. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time with our three dogs. Believe it or not, they actually look forward to their grooms each month! I love the personalized attention and appreciate his use of high-quality products, not to mention the convenience of his services. My dogs have never looked better. If you want a groomer you can trust, Michael is your answer!

Easiest way to get your dog groomed! He shows up right at your door for pick up and drop off. Stays true to the price he gives you beforehand and leaves you with a happy, good smelling pup!
