God awful care. Tried to get our dog in for a month and was given the run around the whole time. Finally I full on guilt tripped them over the phone and got our dog in but it was too late. Dr had the audacity to say "why didnt you bring him in sooner" despite the many phone calls we made and them telling us to wait till next month. Our dog was seizing in the car on the way to them and when we got there no one was snappy enough to quickly get him inside. Months prior to his death Otis had broken his leg and we were told to immobilize him and they gave him a splint. Well that splint was not wrapped right and tore a hole in his leg from excessive chaffing because nobody thought to cushion the damn thing. I have been a client of Dr King for close to 30 years. He has cared for my menagerie with empathy and honesty. I doubt that I will ever meet a vet like him again. This man genuinely cares for animals and I love that about him. His staff is great too, I personally think the Doc is irreplaceable. If he ever retires I’ll be heartbroken but if he should, he deserves it.

As long as I live anywhere near Mexico, NY I will never take my animals anywhere else. at MVH You feel like they care about your pets and not just about profits. Dr. King knows his animals and gets to know the owners. Especially when you own a frequent flyer like Speedy!

Dr. King and his staff are awesome! I recently took in a stray cat that needed medical attention. My regular vet wanted me to wait two weeks to get an appointment to have them look at what I thought was an abscess, Dr. King was the only vet in the area that would treat him the same day I called. I explained the situation and he said bring him in. Turns out he was bitten by a bug that laid eggs under the skin and the egg hatched ( worm under skin). Not only did the Dr take care of that he also suggested having my cat neutered while he was sedated to save some money. All my animals will be going to Dr King from now on.

After recently moving back to the area after 30 years away, this veterinary hospital has provided care to my dog like no other ever has. My dog actually rolls over and shows his belly to his vet-somethi g a dog i ly does when they feel safe and secure and cared for. Best veterinary ever!!!
