We took our family cat Flea here to get treated for a sudden bleeding in her eye a few months back. After taking her to our neighborbood vet and being told we might have to consider an invasive eye procedure, things were seeming bleak for our little cat's vision. However, being that their facility was not fully equipped for eye specialty care, the doctor recommended taking her to see an ophthalmologist for a second opinion. Thankfully, once we found MASH Outpatient Hospital, our experience helping Flea with her recovery was exceptional. They were able to quickly schedule her in and with their specialty equipment, were able to give us a clear understanding of her eye condition. We arrived on time and were greeted by friendly staff. Shortly after arrival a tech came to us and informed me that my dog would be taken from me to be examined and I would meet with the doctor after. A while later I was taken into a cramped dirty room to wait. Because we were referred to Dr. Ganz I was looking forward to meeting her and was really taken aback by how aggressively she came into the room and skipped any pleasantries. She immediately told me my dog was miserable and would repeat that several times in the first few minutes. It felt very accusatory and insinuated that I wasn't caring for the dog even though he gets very regular care from our vet and we immediately made the dermatology appt when it was suggested. Love the vets and techs, they really care for your pet and take time to answer your questions. Labs are more affordable anywhere else. Parking is limited but I have never had an issue. I still take my baby here!

No one wants to hear that their pet needs a major procedure done. My dog luna needed extensive periodontic surgery. I was terrified. They texted me during surgery to let me know she was doing great while under. Then when she was finished. I wish I didn't need their services, but I'm glad they were there. It is an expensive place, no doubt, but my dog is worth it. I'm glad I chose them after doing research.

Very nice! I took my mother's cat to the dentist and instantly felt welcomed. When I got to the room, Beloved's name was written on the whiteboard. All the employees were extremely kind and I received all the information from the dentist necessary to provide the best care for Beloved. The cost was expensive ($225 consultation), but I felt like it was worth it for the excellent care and information provided. Thank you all so much!
