I had a very kind and compassionate experience with MASH. The front desk person was informative and calm even when I was a bit panicky. Bella, the vet assistant(?) was extremely sweet and helped me understand what was going on with my baby. Dr. Duff was the person who saw my cat and did amazing work. I couldn’t be any more lucky to have such a good experience with such a great staff in such a scary moment. I highly recommend this vet, especially in an emergency situation.

It took me a while to be able to write a review, but it deserves to be shared. My experience with this hospital is only for euthanasia services for my beloved dog. My girl 12 year old girl Luna was quoted 6-9 months due to an inoperable tumor in her chest cavity. Suddenly, only about three months into this quoted time, there was an evening where she stood up and was disoriented, breathing heavy, unfocused - and I knew it was time. In a sheer panic mode, I was looking up emergency 24/7 hospitals since it was already 9pm on a Monday when this happened (back on 7/7). We arrived at the hospital (which I will also add looks very nice both outside and inside) and my boyfriends family ran ahead inside to get assistance. She was a big girl, so a stretcher was needed. Everyone there handled her w

A few weeks ago, I was so scared I'd lose my precious dog. But coming here has given me hope. I'm so touched by the kindness and compassion of the staff. And I'm so grateful to Dr. Jeremy O'Neill, who performed Caramel's surgery. Caramel is wagging his tail in gratitude. Marshmallow also thanks you for not letting him lose his caramel.

I don’t think I ever wrote a review from my experience here in 2020. Anyway, I was reminded as My friend just called me from another animal hospital & told me her boy may have cancer. Back in December 2020, I brought my sick girl here after she was having belabored breathing at around 2:00 AM. They informed me that my beloved girl had kidney cancer that metastasized to her lungs. Her cancer was intreatable. My vet at that time, diagnosed her with pancreatitis. I realized after the fact, my vet wasn’t a good vet. But MASH is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Dr. Ferding, the other doctor, the vet techs, the front desk staff were all so caring, patient and kind at such an awful time of my life. I will never forget the sincere compassion they showed to me. They made everything very clear which is imp

READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!! I wish I had. I spent almost fours hours in their waiting room separated from my dog. When I did finally chat with their doctor she told me the symptoms I brought my dog in for were no longer present. She wasn’t presenting any symptoms of pain or discomfort. She then told me “shes actually asleep back there” Then proceeded to tell me that dogs of her age will sometimes act confused it’s not a big deal. When she finally told me my dog had a fever, she followed with explanations stating it could be a symptom of a brain tumor or cancer. She continued to use technical jargon and did not explain any of it. When I inquired on the records I had provided that showed recent healthy bloodwork, CT and X Ray, she brushed it off and said all these things could have deve
