I was so disappointed with the way I was talking too. I understand they have a lot of people but being talked down to is so disappointing. But I understand it's (my problem) that was clear from the doctor him self. I do appreciate that they are helping families and there pets. I just wish I had a better experience.

I love this place me and my family have been taking our dog here since we got her from the shelter almost 3 years ago and we’ve gotten all yearly necessary vaccines at this place. The doctor has helped us with medical advice for our little girl. One time our dog had a medical emergency which was very expensive but we were able to continue our remaining treatment and get the remaining medicine she needed from this place so she could feel better. They understand that all types of animals with different stories come to this place in need of care. I think some people are confused on how this works but you don’t pay for the wellness exam only for the vaccines or other bloodwork needed for your pet it’s also cash only so don’t forget to go to the bank we usually take out around 100-140 dollars.

Worst customer service lady, rejected my daughter and her dog even though they went there early enough to get one (1) vaccine. My daughter waited outside to see if the dog would be taken in at the end of the day , they closed the door on her face at 2:30 pm and hung up on her over the phone, mind you the closing hour is 3:00 pm. It seems as if though that lady at the front desk made up her mind that our dog wasn’t going to be seen in spite of ample time left. Even though, it’s a free clinic and it’s an organization that gets donations etc, you’d think people working there would be a little empathetic and kind. Who needs a staff member with the caliber of condescending attitude towards the less privileged.

Best place to go. Yes the line may be long but the vets are great!! They are kind and let you know up front how much you have to pay. If you have extra donate to help keep them open. They are a blessing

I just brought Web there yesterday due to excesssive hot spot. They took good care of him I recommend to others.
