Down to earth, reality based, and up front about options and cost. I appreciate this in a vet rather than someone who tries to sell you expensive cures that may not work.

They got me in same week of me calling for an appointment. Very honest and nice doctor and tech. The place was very clean and welcoming. Answered all my questions and I have nothing but great things to say about this animal hospital. Will continue to go here for any of my pets needs and have already spoken highly about the clinic to friends. Thank you! My cat agrees this animal hospital is purrfect for him

TLDR: version - Great experience, would recommend, ignore the one star reviews. He cares more about your pet than perhaps sugar coating his words, but by no means is he rude. We brought our year old Saint Bernard there to be fixed. We couldn't get in to our regular vet at a time that was convenient to our schedules so we found Men. Falls Animal Hospital online. My wife was a bit nervous after reading some of the one star reviews regarding his bedside manner and reluctantly agreed to go. We were also a bit concerned because our "puppy" is a tad rambunctious and being 130 lbs. makes him definitely a handful. The vet tech was awesome at handling him which made us both feel comfortable. We were late in picking our dog up (my wife transposed two numbers for her cell phone contact number)

My dog has seen this vet probably three or four times. The vet is rude and condescending. They also make very judgmental comments to try to make you feel like a bad pet parent . Today was the last straw I will be looking for a new vet for my dog.

The vet is caring and honest. The prices are reasonable and the quality of care of very high. He cares about the animals and tells us exactly what we need to do to keep them healthy.
