Some things are wildly over priced, a generic used spatula for $5, a glass bowl for $30. I get you are trying support the animals, but you are not getting any money when things just sit on shelf.

The staff here are so compassionate! It became clear to us that it was time to send one of our elderly dogs over the rainbow bridge so we made an appointment here to do so. The staff here were extremely empathetic towards us from the moment we stepped inside the building with our fur baby. All of them continuously and genuinely expressed how sorry they were for having to make this decision and for our loss. We were allowed to stay with her and hold her throughout the process which was gentle and painless for her. We were also allowed to stay with her after she passed as long as we needed to. The whole time we were there we felt like the staff were giving us a big hug. Decisions like this are so hard but the staff and the doctor treated us and our dog with so much care and love that

This wonderful organization shelters many animals. I adopted my sweet "Gertie" from there in 2020.
