Mending Hearts Animal Rescue

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Mending Hearts Animal Rescue! We adopted our sweet kitten, Boomie, from them after he was brought in having been hit by a car. He had to have one of his legs amputated, and the amazing team at Mending Hearts went above and beyond to make sure he received the best possible care. From the moment they took him in, it was clear how much love and dedication they pour into every animal. They not only gave him a second chance at life, but they also made sure he was healthy, happy, and ready for his forever home. Now Boomie is thriving, full of personality, and doesn’t let anything slow him down! His fur brother Brunzie is thrilled to have a playmate around the house now. We’re so grateful to Mending Hearts for saving him and for all the incredible work

JoEllen was super sweet and helpful when I was looking into getting my first cat. I found my sweet Winnie, and she will be spoiled rotten! Thank you to all the wonderful volunteers who work at Mending Hearts!

Don't waste your time. First cat room a lot of cats have some kind of eye infection. When I asked about it and who their vet was I was given a dismissive answer. I don't know what's conjunctivitis or some other kind of weird respiratory thing. Second cat room had a beautiful Callico that was shy, but wanted to play. But other cats kept jumping in the way. Asked if there was a way I could meet this cat 1-on-1. Nope, no space to do that. When I asked how I could get to know this cat a little better was told this is the best, she's ferral anyway and I won't get any better interactions from her. How do I know what kind of interactions I can have if I can't meet her without other cats jumping in. I'm looking to adopt a single cat, not 4. Felt like it was 'take it or leave it' because I didn't

My mom and i had one of the greatest experiences today when we adopted our angel . She has definetely stolen our hearts already .. Beth and all of the staff at mending hearts couldnt have been nicer
