Meme's Grooming Spa

This place is TopNotch!! They took such great care of my fur babies. This lady really knows what she is doing, she's good at it and above all else, she genuinely cares about the animals. I would never take my girls anywhere else. This place is a rare find for those of us that are very picky about our fur babies!!

I called to make an appointment and the call wasn’t going through so I called a third time. This lady picks up and in the rudest way possible says hello (like I’m bothering her) and I asked if they are taking new pets for grooming. She rudely says yeah I am but I’m in a very important business call right now. She seemed like she was taking her frustration of whatever was happening out on me. I’m sorry? I’m just trying to give you business, you don’t have to yell at me. Very unprofessional, you don’t expect someone to scream at you when you are calling to give them business. Ruined my morning, do not recommend this place.

Kristin is a wonderful person and Groomer. I will only let her do my rescue because she cares and takes her time with him. Shes friendly and kind. Willing to do and help people out. She has a kind heart which you will know when you meet her.

She is wonderful! Quick, timely, very nice and inexpensive. I needed my rabbits nails trimmed, she was able to hold her and trim her nails within a few minutes and we were in and out.

In short words, I don't know what I'd do without this lady. Been doing business with her for years and she loves my doggies like they are hers. So glad I found her.
