MedVet West Chester

I can't express how positive my experience was at MedVet West Chester. Our cat, Barney, was seemingly having difficulty breathing and was acting extremely odd and lethargic. Turns out after a thorough examination, he was having difficulty passing a hairball and was experiencing some respiratory distress. Brandy, and all the staff there was so kind and patient, and I left without receiving a bill!!, only the assurance that they are there 24 hours a day if we needed them. I'll never hesite to return if need be, and I will recommend this location to anyone who asks. Thank you, Brandy, for being so kind, and thanks to all at MedVets West Chester.

I was very satisfied with how I was treated. The workers are very friendly. My dog is not a very social person, but she got along with people in the back so well. I was super surprised to know that she was actually behaving herself while getting stitches. The stitches were done cleanly and properly and she's feeling really well now.

Our visit to MedVet West Chester was an excellent experience. The entire staff from the first person we saw to the veterinarian were very professional and accommodating. The vet tech, Deja, was very friendly. She actively listened to the details of our dog’s illness. Our experience with Dr. Sunday was excellent. She explained all of the fine points of our pup’s illness and what needed to be done to ensure his full recovery. Thank you for your excellent care!

Dr Tim was amazing! The checking n process was super easy. The Dr was super informative and helped us to stay calm when we were really unsure what was happening with our dog. Highly recommend!

I took my 13 year old cat here yesterday for concerns that we’re GI related and stretching back multiple days. Ultimately, the Dr found a GI mass that was most likely taking her life and she was in her final days. (We had no idea) I was devastated. Medvet and their staff were truly wonderful. From other ratings wait time is mentioned, but it is like any other ER environment, many pets that entered during my time in the waiting room needed the Drs attention more urgently. That’s how an ER works. The front desk employee kept checking on us throughout our wait and was so kind. The Dr and the Vet tech team were kind, calm, and took their time with me and all my questions. They helped me feel comfort on an extremely hard day. Ultimately I came home without my cat and my whole family is mourning
