We found out that my boy, Max, had cancer in October of 2025. From the very first consultation through the many tests that followed, the team at MedVet always accommodated his needs with compassion and patience. Every step of the way, they showed kindness, especially when delivering difficult news. That kindness came from everyone: the doctors, surgeons, technicians, and the front desk staff. The Oncology team, in particular, are people I will be forever thankful for. Nate and Dr. Jackson consistently showed genuine care toward Max and always tried to ease his anxiety during visits. They took the time to answer my questions, explained medications and procedures clearly, and never made us feel rushed or unheard. Our puppy had a very urgent situation arise where he had eaten something toxic. MedVet got him in right away, provided early feedback with costs estimated in advance. He was observed and treated over 3 hrs. The vet met with me mid way with options and luckily he improved after treatment. He was able to return home that evening. The vet tech care during was empathetic, caring and prompt. We're so grateful.

Everyone who took care of my cat was very skilled, professional, and forthcoming with all the information that I required to decide what care was needed to restore my boy back to good health. Staff is friendly, warm, and sympathetic. I am so glad that I brought Noah in for care when I did. I realize that quality emergency care is expensive, and I was kept apprised of costs as things progressed. He’s on the road to recovery now, and very happy to be home. At 17-1/2, he’s definitely a creature of habit and a homebody!

My Cattledog was diagnosed with lymphoma in August. We initially weren’t going to do chemo but after meeting with Dr Jackson and her team, we decided to move forward. It’s end of February and he’s in remission and we are thrilled. They treated him (and us) like he was their dog. He always looked forward to seeing his friends there and was extremely well taken care of (special shout outs to Nate and Amanda). I would trust MedVet with anything my pet needed. They are amazing people there.

I took my frenchie in for a cervical injury from playing tug-of-war. They are very kind, attentive and acted swiftly to care for my sweet boy. Price was very reasonable I feel, considering they are an emergency vet. The only thing I can say that I wasn't comfortable with was such a fast diagnosis of suggesting IVDD being a possibility because of the breed of my dog. I just dont believe it is that. He has always been a healthy boy with no issues and will be 5 in May. This was a injury during play and I feel to suggest something so extreme with a dog that has a clean health background besides some digestion issues was a bit much for me. All in all Medvet is an amazing emergency vet with very caring staff and I would definitely suggest them for your 4 legged babies in emergency circumstances.
