My dog had an unexpected reaction after having some teeth pulled. Dr. Thomas and the ladies at the office went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of and made a full recovery. Now he loves going the visit his friends at the office. They also took great care of me during this time, taking the time to answer all of my questions and giving me helpful tips and advice.

My dog has gotten his ears cleaned, tested, and medicated. Last week my dog went there for a spa day. He likes to get sedated until he passes out and gets his ears cleaned and nails trimmed. He came home a new man after an 8 hr spa session.He has to have a good ear cleaning and finger nail clippings every few months. They take good care of him, and are a really friendly staff. We took our cat who has been having kidney issues. Our primary who developed a treatment plan was out on vacation, so this was our closest option. All we needed done was a urine analysis and bloodwork. After repeated failed attempts to draw her blood (causing her to bleed on the table) she urinated from fear and pain. There was now no urine to be collected and the doctor held our unbandaged bleeding pet while talking. After the blood results were back he compared them to “off of the top of his head” numbers from her previous care provider that he had physical record of. The records that he “recounted” did not coincide with the actual numbers that were emailed to him resulting in inaccurate care instructions. We ultimately wasted over 200 dollars as we will now still have to go back to our

They got my dog in when I needed it and did what was necessary so my dog would be alright. My dog is a biter and has a lot of anxiety they gave me the drugs needed to work with him safely. My sweet boy will be home in a couple of hours.
