Medford Veterinary Clinic

The team at Medford were so compassionate and caring when we had to put our beloved Odie down. It made it a little easier knowing how well they took care of us. As soon as we called him we were told to bring him in. He was so in pain and his regular vet wouldn’t help us till seven hours later from calling. So once again thank you from the bottom of our hearts.💞

My small dog had been bitten by a larger dog and had her skin torn around her neck. The 24 hr vet clinic removed the loose skin and wrapped the injury. They agreed to let me have my local vet do the daily bandage changes if they agreed to it before releasing my dog from their facility. I had called Medford Vet and discussed this with them and had her records sent to them to review (I have brought my animals to them for years). The vet on call that day reviewed everything and agreed to do her daily bandage changes. The very next day we dropped her off at 7:30 am and the plan was to pick her up when they called and said they were done. We did not even get out of town before the vet herself called me and her exact words were "I haven't seen your dog yet but from the notes she should be put do

All the girls were awesome!!and very friendly.

Receptionist was extremely rude one the phone. She was very short with me on the phone because “they were about to close” which according to the posted hours, they were still open for another 40 min.

Definitely I would recommend Dr. Victoria to anyone she has been the best vet that I have ever encountered. Her bedside manner is positively unique and her communication is absolutely outstanding! She makes it her mission to make sure the pet and owner is on the same page and keeps everyone going! Absolutely the best vet hands down and I hope she has the best treatment and salary possible. Hope Medford Vet does everything in their power to keep Dr. Victoria. She is definitely valuable won’t be able to find another vet like her and as long as she is employed at Medford I will definitely be taking my business to Medford. Thank you!
