Brought are kitty in twice first time for a shave and a bath and second time for a bath. She always comes back smelling absolutely amazing and it lasts for weeks. Very professional and friendly staff. Can’t recommend McLovin enough.

Our dog Archie, has had numerous unfortunately bad experiences with groomers in the past. When we started taking him to McLovin, your pet, we felt immediately welcomed, and reassured by the staff. The woman I spoke with, I believe her name was Abby, took the time to learn about Archie, including his history with groomers, cutting him, giving wrong haircuts, And overall having a negative experience for him as well as us. She was very calm and gentle with him and listen to what we would like for him for a haircut. In the two years that we have had, Archie, we have asked for a teddy bear haircut, from the groomers he has been to. Archie has relatively thick very tight curly hair, so we knew that matting was a common problem for him. He also hates being brushed. Abby took her time, and gave
