Very dissatisfied with how this vet treats existing patients. I had to reschedule an appointment for yearly vaccines (was not done on short notice) they gave me an appointment 7 weeks later and then refused to see my dog to clean her ears because she was over her date for vaccines by 2 weeks! (They did not care that 7 weeks would make her over due for her shots) The excuse they gave me was ridiculous! They said it was because her rabies vaccine was overdue but that they would clean her ears when they saw her at her yearly because the rabies vaccine booster gives immediate immunity! Well…even Google will tell you that a dog that receives the rabies booster is not immediately protected! The earliest phase of the immune response happens within a few hours and it takes 7-10 days to develop

We wanted to thank Dr. Johnson and the staff for making one of the most difficult days of our lives manageable. When I was told due to COVID the euthanasia would happen on the porch I cringed inside. The experience turned out private and peaceful. My only regret, you never met healthy Jedi. The active agility dog. The goofy special boy. Truly a once in a lifetime dog.
