Was honestly disgusted how many dead fish were in these tanks. And not just the gold fish. We come here a lot and today I noticed how downhill it really has gone. The E-Moos outside look miserable as well. The German shepherd is literally sitting in his own crap because the cage clearly has been cleaned up. I also noticed they boarded up all the rodents glass cages, probably because they’re not doing well either.

If I could leave no stars I would. We’re from out of town and are visiting. Animals are our thing so we decided to stop by. When I tell you I’ve never seen a worse managed pet store. I mean it. There were dead animals in almost every tank. If they weren’t dead they’re starving. Every single enclosure or fish tank looks like they’ve never been cleaned. Water is bare dry. Substrate is filthy and filled with bugs (not for eating). I will add some pictures just for visuals.

They have a great staff and lots of options. My kids love the getting zoo and getting to see all the animals

Sickening. Manager couldn't care less about the quality of life for the animals. He doesn't offer greens to his bearded dragons. They don't calcium dust crickets. He doesn't have uvb on animals that REQUIRE it to survive but there's uvb on scorpions. The crested geko wasn't offered any fruit. And all of the reptiles have PILES of crickets in the cages and aren't eating because of bad conditions. Theres a gargoyle geko with metabolic bone disease because of improper lighting. Savanna monitors that are only being offered crickets ! The crested geko and the gargoyle geko dont have any uvb on them. The gargoyle has a mishapen spine due to improper lighting and yet still dont give it to them. We know you can afford it. Shame on you. You should all be fired.

This place needs to be shut down. I've never seen animals in such horrible circumstances. The smell is so intense and the animals are parishing. I've seen episodes of animal hoarders that were cleaner. The animals looked weak and sickly, the employees never onced asked if they could help us with anything and stood around talking while so many animals were in dire need of care. Absolutely heartbreaking. The aquariums were so neglected and filthy you could barely see anything and had tons of dead fish in them. I don't understand how they are still open.
