I wished I could give this company a -0 review. I ordered a interactive ball from them for 39.00. They have a 30 day return policy, took forever to get it. Then when I got it it was the exact same ball I bought from Amazon, two for 9.99. They happily took it back. My puppy loved it, but it did not last 5 min. The only thing this horrible company will do with 30 day return policy is offer me a 20% credit. Ugh.

I'm disappointed that they're not being transparent about their business model. "We only ship within the United States right now" is stated CLEARLY on their FAQ page, but when I got tracking info for a pet water fountain I ordered, I discovered this is false information, as the product is coming directly from China. They purport themselves to be a small family business in the US but it's starting to feel like a sham. I hope I'm at least going to get a decent product. I have rarely had good experiences with "direct from China" goods. I won't be ordering from this business again. Update: I reached out to them via email and they didn't even acknowledge me. Ridiculous. Shop in the store if you want maybe they are different in person but order online ANYWHERE else but here.

I feel so blessed that I found this location. I have four cockatiels that I love and Jackie that runs the store always is helpful and goes beyond what's expected of a normal store business owner. I almost feel like she's extended family. I don't trust my birds with anyone except her when I go on vacation and for their grooming. I wish I lived closer to that location so I can spend more money at their store. If you have birds that need attention or if you are considering adopting a bird she is the best person to talk to. Definitely be happy that you found her

I ordered paw clipper for my dog from what I thought was the Maw&paw pets website. Well I called wrote emails and all I got was the run around. I finally called the store front and found out the website I used was a scam website. Someone stole this families website and they either don’t deliver anything or they deliver bad used products. Someone stole the website so do more research and don’t trash this store front trying to make an honest living. So far google wont help them so I called my bank disputed the charges and wrote this review trying to make sure no one else it’s duped by these sleaze people.

SCAM!!!! I ordered 3 products as a gift. They were sent from China. I had them sent to my mom, when she received them ( they were interactive dog toys) non of them worked . They took about 3 weeks to get to their location. When I reported the problem to the pet store, they would not refund or replace the without a video of them not working which I was not able to provide because they went to my mom in Tennessee and I live 1400 miles away. My mom threw them away when they didn’t work. Worst buying experience ever this shop is a scam.
