Last week, my 10-year-old dog ate a sock and ended up with a blockage. Dr. Sheldon and the team at Maverick Veterinary Service were absolutely incredible from the moment I called. They got us in right away, and once the obstruction was confirmed, they quickly scheduled her for surgery. Dr. Sheldon took the time to walk me through everything in great detail, every scenario, every step of the procedure, and what to expect. His calm, thorough communication made an extremely stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The surgery went wonderfully, and they truly saved my sweet girl. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism from Dr. Sheldon and his vet techs was nothing short of amazing. Thank you again to Maverick Veterinary Services. I cannot thank Maverick Veterinary enough. My almost 2-year-old dog, Hondo, jumped out of a moving car window (yes… he Superman’d right out), and at first he seemed okay. But by around 7:30 PM I started worrying something internal could be wrong. I called, and they got us in right away on a Saturday and even though it was later in the evening. The vet was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He examined Hondo, made sure nothing serious was going on, and prescribed medication to help with the pain and inflammation. He explained everything clearly and didn’t try to push anything unnecessary, he genuinely cared and wanted to save us money where he could and left it up to us. Maverick's staff was very respectful and helpful while dealing with my dog. Dr. Sheldon was quick and efficient with diagnosing the problem. He is nice and listens to the problem and find ways around obstacles. I highly recommend using his services!

Miss lulu , eighteen pound terrier mix went in For 1 tooth be pulled. My max I had to pay was $350.00. If It was over that amount I need to euthanize her. I was stressed out to the max.!!!!!!!! He called me and she needed 6 teeth, pulled He did all 6 for $350.00 plus 2 different meds!!! He is a true gift from God to the community. The office girl that checked me in was amazing.
