I called to inquire if they would accept Trupanion dog insurance for my VA dog of record. Remarkably, ignorance must run in this area amongst veterinary services. About a month ago, while under the care of this veterinarian clinic, a dog named Harper escaped and took off into the field behind the office. Since then there have been several sightings, but no one has been able to capture the dog, and return it to its owner. Today, a friend of mine, we’ll just call her Jill, went looking for Harper. Although our 3 hour search came up empty, we did observe, or I guess did not observe something quite disturbing. We were getting back just as the place was closing, and not one person who worked there, so much as took a glance into the field, or a look toward the live trap to see if Harper was there.
