Customer Reviews
If I could rate this place a zero, I would! If I wanted to give my dog a bad haircut, I would have taken him to Petco (they probably would have done a better job). We got home and realized they hurt his back foot, and he hasn't been able to walk properly. I paid a lot, only to get my dog back with a botched haircut. I had shown them a reference picture, and they said they could do it. I specifically mentioned that I didn’t want them to cut it short and just wanted him to get a trim. The face hair looks different on both sides, and overall, you can tell they did a poor job. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pets. I feel like my dog is pretty common, and for them to mess it up so badly says a lot about this place. Everyone who has seen him in person has mention
Josie always gets nervous when she goes to a groomer but these girls were fantastic with her and they made her look and smell wonderful they didn't hurt her when they trimmed her nails they seem to enjoy being around animals so that's a plus I would definitely recommend them
Our pup Macy had her 4th visit recently, and they cut her whiskers off. She’s a poodle mix and we requested they clean up her snout, which they’ve done in the past, without issue. The first 3 visits were good, but frankly, I’ll never return. That’s one of the worst things you can do to a dog. Please share with all groomers on staff. A dog’s whiskers, also known as vibrissae, serve several important functions: 1. Sensory Perception – Whiskers are highly sensitive and help dogs detect objects, changes in air currents, and vibrations in their environment, especially in low light. 2. Spatial Awareness – They assist dogs in navigating tight spaces and avoiding obstacles by providing feedback on their surroundings. 3. Communication and Emotion – Dogs may move their whiskers forward when curiou
