Mary Ann Morris Animal Society (M.A.M.A.S.)

Cannot say enough good about this rescue; we got our first MAMAS pup last summer and had such a wonderful experience, we had to come back for a second doggie. They carefully vet their applicants and give you all the tools you need to succeed (leashes, collars, even got a free crate this last round). They are available via text long after the adoption takes place to share in the joy of your new pet and answer any questions that may arise. You can tell these are real animal lovers who want nothing more than to find otherwise neglected dogs the perfect home.

We adopted 2 dogs from MAMAS. One 8 years ago and our 2nd about 4 years ago. Never had any problems getting in touch with them during the adoption process. Bob S was our contact both times. Both pups are very much apart of our family! Highly recommend them!

We had such a wonderful experience from start to finish with M.A.M.A.S. They responded to my inquiry quickly, and they were so friendly and shared everything they could about our pup, even putting us in touch with her foster. They were so great, we adopted our pup’s mom a few months later. Both dogs were so well adjusted from the start. We could tell just how much attention and love they had received from M.A.M.A.S. They are such a special group of people who move heaven and earth to get dogs to loving homes. It really was such an amazing experience, and we couldn’t be happier with our happy, healthy girls.

We adopted our girl Tiffany 7yrs ago and every step of the process was seamless. She is the best dog ever! And I greatly appreciate the thorough health check and loving volunteer arms that handed her off to us.
