Dr. Frank and the staff at Animal Depot are incredible. They were compassionate, thorough, and took excellent care of my cat, Mittens. Dr. Frank explained everything clearly and made a stressful situation feel manageable. You can tell this clinic truly cares about animals and their owners. Highly recommend.

Dr Haustavich is an amazing veterinarian. He has treated my animals both horses and dogs since I was 10 years old. Now at the age of 57 years old I can say we have a lifetime of excellence shared together. He saved my horses from colic and has treated my dogs with loving compassion and the staff is also top notch. His prices are very competitive in today’s world. He’s the best small animal vet in my humble opinion. Although, all our Pittsburgh vets are amazing.

My four year old Tabby is quite difficult to treat. Dr. Frank gets it done. He is understanding and patient. He truly cares for any animal in need, no matter the breed. Kudos to Dr Frank and staff for getting my Samantha finally feeling herself. Thank you to the moon and back Dr. Frank and staff !!!

After 6 years with Dr. Frank and Mars Animal Depot, I am sorry to say I will not be returning. Their recent negligence and lack of concern and empathy has disappointed me beyond words. I took Boo Boo there on a Wednesday for a dental check. They wanted routine blood work prior to a tooth extraction (understandable). However, while getting the blood work they shaved his neck and cut him too close causing an abrasion (which they failed to disclose to me.) I discovered it when I got home and took his collars off because he was scratching at his neck. If that's not bad enough, I came home from work on Friday afternoon (2 days later) and found him lethargic, not eating or drinking, not getting off the couch to greet me, not wanting to go outside, breathing faster than normal (but not panting)
