I had been going to this facility for years with my prior cats that have passed several years ago. I left and went elsewhere after calling them for some prescription food for my pet that I have had for 8 years now with their practice and being rudely told by someone at the desk that she couldn't sell me any food until I made an appointment for my pet to be seen in the office. He had been in a few months prior for a vaccination. My pet needed Urinary prescription food for a prior blockage. I was extremely upset, actually horrified to have been treated this way and for them to treat mt pet this way, especially after I had been with this practice for probably 15 yrs. Would never recommend them to anyone!!
The best service, knowledge, equipment and follow up care. Really love them!!! Dr. Rachel Francis saved my dog twice! We moved about 45 minutes away and I make that commute because there’s no better Veterinary hospital or Doctors & staff then Marion Animal Hospital!!
We had our first visit yesterday at MAH after recently moving to Wareham. All of the staff were lovely, (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) but from the 2 front desk staff, to the tech and the vet, everyone was wonderful and made us feel comfortable. Visit felt very informative. Thank you!
Very VERY expensive. One Lymes vaccine for my dog was $90 and a nail trim at a “discounted rate” of $17!! They are good with animals, not so much with humans - except the gentleman at the front desk. He is always a gem, very kind and friendly.
I had a really scary moment this week where my cat vomited blood. My usual vet, who I had even just seen that morning to pick up a prescription, wouldn't see her at any point that week because they didn't have time. They recommended I take her to an emergency vet or call around. My cat was otherwise acting normal and was stable. I didn't want to drive her 45 minutes to the ER and spend 8 hours in my car waiting for her to be seen. I didn't want to take up valuable emergency resources from other pets that weren't stable. I unfortunately know what it's like to lose a pet at an animal ER. I called 11 different local vets. 11. None were willing to see my sick cat this week. My last call was Marion, and they were the only place willing to fit her into their schedule during the week. They also
