Love this little shop! It was important to me that my daughter went there like I did at her age. They got rid of the great white display and to keep the seals under minimal stress you view them on a screen rather than going into the holding area. They have guides there now where they teach the kids about everything that's there <3
Education of our diverse aquatic landscape is a much underappreciated field! The Brigatine mammal stranding center offers a variety of education and rehab rehabilitation services for our friends of the sea. Each and every employee that works there cares for the tirelessly important job of rehabbing these wonderful creatures..
I love all that the Marine Mammal Stranding Center does to save animals. Great little museum full of interesting facts about sea life with very friendly guides & staff.
Friendly staff, we came in during an off season timeframe when there were no animals in rehab (which is good), but spent a few minutes reading the information about various sea life and what they do. A non profit worth a stop in for support, this is a small educational venue. Thank you keep upthe great work.
This was closed, they had just released their last seal. The museum was open and we got to watch a video of the seal release. They close at 1 pm.
