This was the worst grooming experience I’ve ever had and I’m honestly disgusted. My dog came home with soap left in her eyes so badly that she was in obvious pain. I had to rush her to the vet where they confirmed through a test that the irritation was caused by leftover soap. The vet even said she had been suffering. What makes this place even worse is how they handled it. When I called them they told me to bring her there and they would give me eye drops. They told me if she gets worse to take her to the vet and they would cover the cost. The second I sent them the bill they completely changed their story and refused to pay. No concern for my dog no accountability just denial and attitude. In my opinion this business is careless unprofessional and absolutely not a place you should trust

Great spot for all pet needs. Specializing in grooming and have great staff to groom the animals. Highly recommend and have been using Marine Dog for years!!

Update: They refunded the amount. I'm glad they were cooperative ----‐‐-------- Bought bird food from there for my cockatiel and have received old and rotten seeds. I found tiny larva/worms and I doubt they were for consumption by my cockatiel because of the state of the packaging. There seemed to be cobwebs inside as well.

We bring our little baby Yorkie there for grooming. They are always caring and attentive. It’s usually quick to get an appointment.
