Marina Pet Hospital

I've only been here once so I dont know how informative this will be. I will just give the facts that I know so far. They want 70 dallors up front at the time you make the appointment. They are also very booked out here so getting an appointment soon might be difficult. Also the parking well there isn't any really just 5 spots that's it. And there's no where else to park so don't like that. The staff is nice and the exam went well with my cat. I would suggest if you're new to this area to try other locations. You may have better luck getting an appointment especially if you dont want to pay when making an appointment. I cant say how other places are but I intend on trying another pet hospital at some point. I just think this place is just way too busy for new patients.

Very rude receptionist biggest red flag when looking for a clinic. Like if we can’t get through a phone call to get me is as new patient I couldn’t imagine the level of care wouldn’t be there in person once established. I guess I’ll keep looking for the right vet to happily throw my money at.

Nice Friendly environment. Got my cat checked out and everyone was very nice and gentle. Would recommend to anyone.

This place doesn't even deserve a one star. Our dog was literally dying and we are from out of state. They refused us saying "the vets were at lunch and are to busy after. And for us to find somewhere else because they just didn't have time for an emergency". He died before we could rush him to another vet.

Dr. Riley was great. However, we had another vet take over for her and that experience was not great at all. Our Bernese Mountain Dog got sick and due to the inaccurate calculation of antibiotics our dog became very ill and we had to go to the emergency vet in Santa Cruz. Our dog had to stay for three days to be given the proper dose of antibiotics and be hydrated. We won't be returning to this vet because the lack of basic math skills put our dog in a very scary situation.
