My beautiful little friend, Prissy, is a blue heeler. She is an exceptional dog, not one in a million - one in twenty million is more like it. Before I got her, she had been abused for the first two years of her life. It took her a long time to learn to trust. This experience made me hesitant to have her groomed for fear that something negative might occur and cause her to regress. Eventually though I discovered Marianna's Grooming. Marianna is so good with every kind of animal and particularly with dogs. It is as though she has a God given gift. My morkie was brought in for a wash-nothing more. When I get her she has been full on groomed down to the hair on her ears that have been a part of her since birth. My children and I were saddened, she looks NOTHING like the girl we left. When I called for clarification she was very “I’ll give your money back as that’s what you wanted.” EXCUSE ME?! I wanted my dog to be washed only!!! Here’s a before (on the left-she was just fully groomed elsewhere) & an after (it was supposed to be a bath only appointment). However, because she made it that I wanted the money-which I never mentioned we will never return.

Marianna is a life saver! My babies are always so happy and confident when I pick them up! She is truly gifted in the art of grooming AND customer service! Her years of experience is so comforting and her love for our babies really shows!
