10/10 recommended Dr Matt and Dr Emily and their team saved our Bones life. From start to finish their team communicated with me to ensure that Bones was okay. Even after him coming home their team reached out to check in on him. Our family is so grateful and will continue to come back !

Explained a lot and listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly and helped us through a rough moment thus far with our 11 year old aussie. Maria stein AC was able to get us in quickly all though we had never been there being new to the area and not having a vet yet they got us in same day (not on an emergency call) Even though the news wasn't great (as I expected) and a rather urgent surgery is required they had a last minute cancellation for surgery tomorrow and were able to slide us in. We haven't had the surgery yet but I am feeling confident in there abilities and am so happy we went to them. I'm not sure why, but Dr. Mitch was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. She was "talking trash" about my wife and our home whilst knowing nothing about either. She was making prejudicial assumptions that were not only absurd but completely incorrect. She treated my wife like an idiot and an unfit pet owner. I'm sure she has dealt with some pet owners from our small town that are incompetent and who should not own pets, but that is no reason to treat everyone that way. The second Vet there (Matt) was very nice and professional but this was still unacceptable. We will be taking our Vet needs elsewhere. Horrible experience!
